Oktoberfest beer
Maximilians in Berlin serves delicious Paulaner Oktoberfest beer fresh from the barrel. The Oktoberfest beer is a bottom-fermented special brew made only for a short time before Oktoberfest. It contains slightly more original gravity. Therefore it is a bit stronger than the ordinary lager – some people find out after they have had some! The amount of original gravity is 13.7; Oktoberfest beer is golden-yellow and tastes smooth and rich at the same time.
